When you choose to donate, we sincerely appreciate your support for RVO. To ensure a smooth and secure process, please provide accurate and current information during the transaction. We reserve the right to cancel any donation if we find reasonable evidence that the submitted information is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

Non-Refundable Contributions

All donations and any associated benefits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other items or services.

Accountable Processing

Please be aware that RVO is not responsible for any loss or mishandling of donation items due to circumstances such as scams or hacking. We strongly encourage you to carefully review your transactions and exercise responsible judgment when making a donation.

By donating, you are actively supporting the growth and sustainability of RVO. Please note that you are not purchasing items; instead, you are partnering with us to help ensure the server's continued operation. Any items you receive are simply a token of our heartfelt appreciation.

Following the Regulations

It is important to clarify that donations do not confer any exemptions from compliance with the Server and Discord Rules established by RVO. All users are subject to the same rules and regulations, regardless of the amount or frequency of their donations. Enforcement of these rules applies equally to all members of the community to maintain fairness, security, and operational integrity.

Donating with a Streamer Code

Entering a streamer code in your donation form rewards the streamer with a 10%
bonus in Donation Tickets.
Example: A USD 100 donation gives you x100 Donation Tickets and the streamer receives
x10 Donation Tickets or 10 USD.

Top-Up Information

1. You need to plan which items you wish to obtain in our Donation Manager NPC.
2. Prepare the amount of Donation Ticket & Bonus Point you wish to donate.
3. Open GCash App.
4. Select Send, then Express Send.
5. Send your donation to the GCash information below.

6. Input the amount that you want to donate.
7. Optionally, add a note RVO Donation.
8. Click Next, review the details to avoid errors, then click Send. 
9. If our GCash is exceeding the transaction limit, you can send your donation 
from the GCash App to the bank and use our Bank Transfer information.

                We do not accept I-PROTECTED GCash receipt.

10. Take a screenshot of the receipt.
11. After the transaction, send an e-mail to [email protected] with the following

12. We will process your transaction as soon as we receive your e-mail and once we
